From September 17 to 21, the event brought the city of Milan to life with a rich calendar of initiatives. In particular, Meeting Project provided its technical services at Palazzo Giureconsulti, Palazzo Castiglioni, Palazzo Bovara (the three official hubs of the event), and the Teatro alla Scala, which hosted the closing event of the week.

Starting with the opening event and throughout the entire week, Meeting Project managed the audio-video and lighting installations in the Sala Colonne at Palazzo Giureconsulti, the loggia, and the beauty corners.

The same services were provided at Palazzo Bovara for the talks dedicated to the event, for the lighting of the olfactory exhibition “Iris – At the Root of Beauty”, and for the artistic installations displayed in the venue.

To conclude the week, on Saturday evening, Meeting Project also managed the DJ set organized in collaboration with Radio Monte Carlo and oversaw the audio-video broadcasting of the Accademia del Profumo Awards Ceremony, held at Teatro alla Scala on Sunday, September 21.
