09 Dec Meeting Project broadcasts the Teatro alla Scala premiere live
December 7, 2025 – Meeting Project broadcasts the Teatro alla Scala premiere live from the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II
We renewed the tradition of bringing the Teatro alla Scala premiere to the heart of the city, broadcasting the event live on two giant LED screens installed in the Octagon of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, within the iconic structure designed specifically for the screening.
The prestigious event that opened the 2025/2026 opera season with great success was Dmitri Shostakovich’s opera “A Lady Macbeth of the Mcensk District,” conducted by Maestro Riccardo Chailly.
Thanks to Meeting Project, Milanese residents, tourists, and visitors were able to watch the performance in real time, enjoying an immersive experience of outstanding visual and audio quality.
The initiative, which has been running continuously since 2010, was presented this year with a revamped scenography and an even more enhanced multimedia system: two high-resolution LED walls and two state-of-the-art Meyer Sound audio systems.
Meeting Project is proud to have a thirty-year professional relationship with Teatro alla Scala, of which it has been a Technical Sponsor since 2007.
This bond demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting culture and one of the most important symbols of Italian excellence in the world.
