Meeting Project’s activities as System Integrator include the development and installation of analog and digital audio/video systems, either as standalone or networked solutions; scheduled maintenance; technological upgrades of A/V systems; and, the technical management of conference centers.

In 2009, Meeting Project was the first Italian company to receive the InAVation Award, the international prize awarded within the framework of the I.S.E. exhibition in Amsterdam, the largest and most important European tradeshow showcasing cutting-edge AV technology and solutions.
Meeting Project received the InAvation Corporate Facility award in acknowledgement of its contribution to the planning and execution of the Unimanagement International Center for Research & Training in Turin, commissioned by Unicredit Group.
