Events production plays a key role in Meeting Project’s corporate strategy. Over the years, we have organized, and provided technical and support services during, trade shows, conventions, concerts, live shows and private events for organizations and agencies.
Our team is composed of skilled professionals: producers, creative directors, architects, set designers, conference interpreters (AIIC, Assointerpreti), artists, wedding planners, flower designers, photographers, location managers.
We also offer booking and travel management services to help our corporate clients provide excellent hospitality to their customers and suppliers.
Over the years, Meeting Project has organized events for – only to mention a few – the European Central Bank, Deloitte Italy, MAC (Estée Lauder), IBM Italia, Edison, La Scala Theater.
