About Us

Established in 1994, Meeting Project srl has been operating in the AV industry for over 20 years, driven by a strong  passion for innovation.

Since 1997, it has been a member of the Lecco & Sondrio Section of Confindustria (Innovative Services section) and Confindustria Innovative & Technological Services.

In 2011, Meeting Project was among the founders of the Italian Technology Platform on Cultural Heritage set up by Confindustria Innovative & Technological Services together with MIUR (Italian Ministry of Scientific Research and Education) with the aim of promoting the use of innovative services, new technologies and Information Technology to exploit and enhance Cultural Heritage.

Since 2012, it has been a member of the following associations: ANS (Italian Association of AV Service Providers), FLA (Federlegnoarredo), ASAL Assoallestimenti.

Since 2013, it has been a member of  SIEC (System Integration CommunicationExperience Community).

Meeting Project achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2014
(Quality Management System Certification, ACCREDIA Technical regulation RT-05 Activity Sectors no. 19, 28, 35. Scope of certification: design, development, installation and maintenance of multimedia technical systems for conference centers as well as events and training centers. Rental of audio/video/lighting equipment and provision of technical support during conferences and events held in partially/fully equipped or unequipped locations)

We have two offices (one in Merate and one in Milan) and on-site technical support staff at IBM Italia ensuring round-the-clock support to our clients.
