About Us

Established in 1994, Meeting Project srl has been operating for 30 years as an Audio Visual Service Provider specializing in meetings, conferences, and live events and as a System Integrator, designing and installing multimedia systems in conference centers and dedicated public and private meetings and training venues. 

Its headquarters for administration and sales are in Merate (Lecco).
Its technical and operational office is in Milan.
It relies on a team of skilled in-house specialists and trusted professional partners. 

Since 1997, it has been a member of Confindustria Lecco & Sondrio.
Since 2013, it has been a SIEC – System Integration Experience Community member.
Since 2008, it has been the Technical Sponsor of Teatro alla Scala in Milan.
 

In 2009, Meeting Project was the first Italian company to be awarded the InAvation Award by I.S.E. – Integrated System Europe, the largest and most authoritative European Fair in the professional Audio Video industry. The award was assigned in the Corporate Facility category to acknowledge its contribution to the planning and execution of the Unimanagement International Research and Training Center in Turin commissioned by Unicredit Group. 

In 2011, Meeting Project was among the founders of the Italian Technology Platform on Cultural Heritage set up by Confindustria Innovative & Technological Services together with MIUR (Italian Ministry of Scientific Research and Education) to promote the use of innovative services, new technologies, and Information Technology to exploit and enhance cultural heritage. 

In 2015, Meeting Project was among the first companies in the sector to achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification for its quality management system.
In 2018, the company received the Bosch Award.
Since 2018, it has been certified against the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard, ACCREDIA.
